About us

THE GREAT INDIAN ASEEL The Great Indian Aseel was founded with a single, uncompromising vision — to preserve, breed, and elevate India’s original Aseel bloodlines in their purest and most powerful form.
Our breeding philosophy is simple but strict:
bloodline with structure first and performance always.
We do not follow trends or social media myths. Instead, we focus on bone strength, posture, temperament, balance, and genetic consistency, traits that defined true Aseels long before modern show culture existed.
We work with carefully chosen lines such as Calcutta (kolkata) Rampuri Aseel, South Indian Aseel, Reza Aseel, Large Aseel, Theekar Aseel, Amroha Aseel, Baighum, Nellore Classic Aseels and other classic regional bloodlines, maintaining them through controlled, ethical, and selective breeding programs. Comb type, color, or cosmetic features are never allowed to overpower genetic value. For us, a true Aseel is recognized by what it carries inside, not just what is visible outside.
"Animal welfare remains a fundamental policy of our operations. Birds are maintained under hygienic conditions with appropriate nutrition, housing, health monitoring, and stress-reduction practices. No activity within our operation is intended to promote cruelty or unlawful use of animals. Our breeding program is designed solely for conservation, genetic excellence, and responsible ownership."
The Great Indian Aseel follows a quality-focused and controlled breeding policy
Our birds and bloodlines are recognized by experienced breeders and collectors within India and abroad. However, any transfer, sale, or movement of livestock is conducted strictly in compliance with applicable laws, veterinary regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.
The Great Indian Aseel remains committed to integrity, transparency, and long-term preservation of India’s historic Aseel heritage, while maintaining full respect for legal frameworks, ethical practices, and responsible livestock stewardship.
The Great Indian Aseel is an independent breeding and informational initiative. References to bloodlines, regions, or traits are based on traditional classifications and breeder experience and do not constitute official certification or guarantees. Individual characteristics may vary.
