INTRODUCING ZAR ASEEL (GOLD ASEEL)

ZAAR ASEEL

Gold of Aseel – A Rare Indo-Pak Heritage Bloodline

Zaar is a Persian word that refers to Gold — symbolising purity, rarity, and value.
The Zaar Aseel bloodline represents our vision to create an elite golden Aseel variety, combining the finest traits of Pakistani and Indian classical Aseels into one powerful lineage.

Origin & Bloodline Foundation

The roots of Zaar Aseel trace back to a carefully planned and rare genetic combination.

The foundation hen of this bloodline is a Pakistani Kandahari Peela strain, acquired through the immense efforts and dedication of C. Prasad ji, whose contribution to preserving classical Aseel genetics is widely respected. Kandahari Peela is known for its distinct bright yellow colour, hardness, and classical temperament.

To complement this rare hen, we paired her with one of our finest Indian breeders — Rodan, a pure Rampuri Aseel, whom we personally consider among the best Rampuri birds we have ever seen in terms of frame, balance, aggression, and authority.

This pairing was not accidental — it was a vision-driven cross, executed with long-term genetic goals.

Birth of the Zaar Line

From this powerful pairing, we obtained a very bright yellow offspring, carrying the classic Kandahari yellow colour, combined with the aggression, structure, and classifications of Rampuri Aseel.

Although Reza in size, the bird displayed:

  • Exceptional breadth

  • Strong bone structure

  • Presence comparable to very large Aseels

  • Early signs of distinct character and balance

Recognizing its uniqueness, we separated this bloodline and named it ZAAR ASEEL — a gold standard lineage.

Linebreeding & Preservation

To maintain the traits, colour, structure, and character, we adopted controlled linebreeding, avoiding unnecessary dilution.

Today, we have more than 30 birds from the Zaar Aseel bloodline, all bred with the sole purpose of:

  • Preserving bright classic yellow Kandahari colour

  • Maintaining Rampuri aggression and stance

  • Ensuring consistency in frame, bone, and temperament

Our focus has always been quality, stability, and long-term preservation, not mass production.

Key Characteristics of Zaar Aseel

  • Bright classic Kandahari yellow (Peela) colour

  • Strong bone density and broad frame

  • Rampuri-influenced aggression and confidence

  • Balanced posture with commanding presence

  • Rare Indo-Pak genetic combination

  • Stable traits maintained through linebreeding

Zaar Aseel birds are not bred for fast sale or visual hype — they are developed for heritage value, character, and long-term excellence.
